Refund policy
Every bag is roasted after you order it, so we don't take returns — there's nothing restockable about fresh coffee.
If something isn't right — the order arrived damaged, the wrong item showed up, or the coffee just isn't working for you — email hello@monobrew.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it. We won't ask you to send anything back.
Refunds go to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
